Nathalie du Preez

Having served on several corporate boards and a school board, Nathalie has seen first-hand the benefit of greater board and executive diversity and founded Constellation to help other companies achieve improved results through hiring high calibre women.

FOUNDER & CEO

  • Nathalie du Preez comes from Cape Town, South Africa, but left 20 years ago to study in the US and now lives in London. After earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School, she has enjoyed a career in various industries in New York, San Francisco, London, and Paris.

    She has worked at large corporates (Goldman Sachs and Colgate-Palmolive), has extensive ecommerce experience (Net-a-Porter, Desenio, Quill Content, Jellyfish), and for the past 10 years has ventured into more entrepreneurial roles, serving as Chief Operations Officer at two venture-backed startups (both of which went on to be acquired) and advising early-stage businesses.

    She is also passionate about education and sits on the Governing Board of Francis Holland Schools Trust and runs an organisation called Luminary Leaders, which provides opportunities for state school students to gain real life career guidance.

    Nathalie has two young children and enjoys reading, the performance arts, the outdoors, and supporting the Springbok rugby team!
